You have a group of friends who will be there in a heartbeat just to help you out. Who knows, they may even want to sell things themselves and this way you can have a big shin ding.

Don�t freak out if it rains. What will you do if the cloud shows up during the middle of your yard sale? Well you can either cover them so that your items don�t get wet or put them in your garage if you have one. The best thing for your breakables, meaning appliance or glass or plates is to put them away from the sun so they don�t loose their colors.

Use balloons!!! Tell your neighborhood that the sale event of the year is today and it just so happens that it�s happening in your town. Anything that draws attention will work; the sky is the limit when it comes to selling your idea..

When you make a sale, have money on you and always have in your possession change because you always get some with no change, but would like your old toaster. A good way to have change is to try and sell the small things in the first place. It�s also nice to have the manual�s owner if you have electronical devices.
